What does 3.4 require?

For contracts valued between 80,000 and 200,000 dollars the NIAA publishes the percentage of MSA-eligible contracts on AusTender that were awarded to Indigenous enterprises, so no separate Portfolio report is needed. For remote procurements, every six months each Portfolio must manually report to the NIAA through the IPPRS the remote procurements it conducted and the remote contracts it awarded to Indigenous SMEs; reports may be uploaded at any time.
