Dental assistants and pathology collectors classified in the Support Services stream on 31 March 2026 must be translated to the new levels by their previous level, qualifications and industry experience (J.1, J.2), and paid the higher of the translated classification's rate or their rate on 31 March 2026 (J.3). Health Professional employees classified on 30 September 2026 must be translated: previous Levels 1 and 2 by pay point to Level 1 at the AQF level for their profession and the corresponding experience band (J.4.1), and previous Levels 3 and 4 by role and experience (J.4.2), and paid the higher of the translated rate or their 30 September 2026 rate (J.4.3); existing annualised wage arrangements of former Level 2 employees continue (J.4.4).
