Australia Food Standards Code Standard 3.2.2 Food Safety Practices and General Requirements cl4: Clause 4 Notification to the enforcement agency

Before starting any food handling operations the food business notifies the appropriate enforcement agency of its contact details (business name, proprietor's name and business address), the nature of the business and the location of every food premises it operates in that agency's area. The proprietor answers every question the agency asks on those matters in the approved form, and the business notifies the agency of any proposed change to that information before the change happens.
