The business keeps its food premises clean to a standard where there is no build up of garbage (except in garbage containers), recycled matter (except in containers), food waste, dirt, grease or other visible matter. All fixtures, fittings and equipment (having regard to their use), the parts of vehicles used to transport food, and other items the business provides to customers to carry food are kept to a standard where there is no build up of food waste, dirt, grease or other visible matter.
