Australia Food Standards Code Standard 1.2.7 Nutrition, Health and Related Claims 1.2.7-8: Never make therapeutic claims or compare food with therapeutic goods

A claim must not refer to preventing, diagnosing, curing or alleviating a disease, disorder or condition, and must not compare a food with a good that is represented as, or likely to be taken as, for therapeutic use.
