Australia Food Standards Code Standard 1.2.7 Nutrition, Health and Related Claims 1.2.7-18(1)-(2): Check the NPSC and the high level health claim table before making a high level claim

A health claim may only be made if the food meets the nutrient profiling scoring criterion (special purpose foods are exempt) and the claim fits the table. For a high level health claim the food or property, the health effect and the food conditions must all appear in the high level health claims table.
