The labelling must declare the proportion of each characterising ingredient and characterising component, calculated and expressed as the Standard says; where the proportion of a characterising component is declared, the proportion of an ingredient containing it need not be. No declaration is needed for prepared filled rolls, sandwiches, bagels and similar items, food sold at a fund-raising event, food in a small package, infant formula products, cured or dried whole cuts of meat, standardised alcoholic beverages, and beverages of 0.5 per cent or more alcohol.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
