Each non-casual employee accrues 4 weeks of paid annual leave per year of service, or 5 weeks for a shiftworker as defined by the applicable award or agreement (or, for award/agreement free employees, one regularly rostered on continuous 24/7 shifts and regularly working Sundays and public holidays, or a prescribed class), accruing progressively according to ordinary hours and accumulating from year to year.
