Australia Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award 2020 (MA000025) 7: Clause 7: use facilitative provisions only with the agreement the clause requires

Some award standards may be departed from by agreement, either with an individual employee or with most of the employees in the enterprise or relevant part of it. The table in clause 7.2 fixes who must agree: the day workers' spread of hours (13.3) and start and finish times by an individual or the majority; 12-hour shifts (13.5) only by the majority; 12-hour shifts for continuous shiftwork (13.10(c)(i)) and for other shiftwork (13.11(c)(i)) by an individual or the majority; rest breaks during overtime (14.3(b)) by an individual; fortnightly pay (17.2(a)) by an individual or the majority; the towers allowance coverage (18.4(b)(ii)) by an individual or the majority; and time off instead of overtime pay (20.7), annual leave in advance (21.10), cashing out annual leave (21.11) and public holiday substitution (26.2) by an individual.
