Every employee to whom the award and the NES apply must be able to see copies of both. The employer meets this either by posting them on a notice board placed conveniently at or near the workplace, or by giving access through electronic means the employees can actually use. Because the award is varied at least every 1 July, the copy on display must be the current consolidation.
