The provider takes reasonable steps so that the student can use the support services available to students generally (such as counselling, careers, library, learning support and health services) on the same basis and without discrimination, by consulting the student or associate about whether the disability affects access, deciding whether an adjustment is needed and making a reasonable one, and repeating this as needs change (s 7.2(7)).
