The provider consults the prospective student or an associate about whether the disability affects their ability to seek admission or apply for enrolment, decides in light of that consultation whether an adjustment is needed, and, if one is needed and a reasonable one can be identified, makes it in accordance with Part 3. Doing so is taken to be the reasonable steps required by s 4.2(1).
