Australia Disability Discrimination Act 1992 s32: s 32 Comply with the disability standards

It is unlawful to contravene a disability standard made under s 31: the Disability Standards for Accessible Public Transport 2002, the Disability Standards for Education 2005 and the Disability (Access to Premises - Buildings) Standards 2010. The Division 5 exemptions generally do not apply to the standards (s 33), and a person acting in accordance with a standard is not in breach of Part 2 (s 34).
