Post-delivery requirements are met, with their extent set by: statutory and regulatory requirements; possible unwanted consequences; what the products are, how they are used and how long they are meant to last; what customers require and what they report back; and, under 9100, gathering and analysing data from service (for example performance, reliability and lessons learned); controlling, revising and supplying the technical documents needed for use, maintenance, repair and overhaul; controlling work done away from the organization's site; and support for products and customers, covering questions, training, warranties, maintenance, spare parts, resources and obsolescence. Where a problem comes to light after delivery, the organization acts on it suitably, investigating and reporting as needed.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
