AS9100D - Aerospace Quality Management System 10.3: Continual improvement

What does 10.3 require?

The QMS is made steadily more suitable, adequate and effective, with the organization using what analysis and evaluation show, together with management review outputs, to decide which needs or opportunities to take up. Under 9100 it also tracks how improvement activities are carried out and judges how effective their results are. Sources of opportunities may include lessons learned, solutions to problems and comparison against best practice.
