In the predecessor, pan position, seat height and width follow the pan figure, in which the 800 mm (plus or minus 10 mm) distance between pan front and the wall is a critical dimension; the seat is full-round, fixed, laterally stable, rated to 150 kg and has 30 % luminance contrast with its background; and a backrest is fitted that resists 1100 N in any direction, with its lower edge 120 mm to 150 mm above the seat, 150 mm to 200 mm high and 350 mm to 400 mm wide, set at 95 to 100 degrees back from the seat hinge.
