The establishment runs a documented management system that delivers the Standard consistently. At minimum it identifies the welfare-related laws, permits and customer requirements that apply to processing, controls and monitors the welfare-relevant processes (those in Annex A included), records management commitment and who is responsible, manages resources and competence (Annex B), drives improvement through internal audit, management review and corrective action, and keeps the records needed to show the Standard is met, video surveillance data among them.
