Good practice means the practitioner: (a) cooperates with any legitimate inquiry into a patient's treatment and with the complaints processes or investigations covering their work, giving accurate, honest information when asked; (b) discloses information relevant to an investigation into the conduct, performance or health of themselves or a colleague to anyone entitled to ask; (c) cooperates with legitimate investigations of suspected National Law offences; and (d) assists the coroner at an inquest or inquiry into a patient's death by answering enquiries and offering all relevant information.
