A residential care provider (Rules 153-5) must give individuals and service staff likely to access its premises free access to influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations (and any other prescribed vaccination), for individuals in accordance with the National Immunisation Program Schedule (153-10), and promote the benefits of vaccination to both groups. It keeps yearly counts of staff and residents who have informed it of vaccination for seven years (154-10 to 154-25) and reports them to the System Governor or Commissioner within seven days of a request (166-10 to 166-25).
