ACT Residential Tenancies Act 1997 s93-95: ss 93 and 95 Correcting listings and giving copies (lessors and agents)

A lessor or agent that listed information and learns it is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or out of date must within 7 days give the database operator written notice of how to amend it or that it must be removed, and keep a copy of that notice for 1 year. On a written request it must give the listed person a copy of the information within 14 days (after any fee, which must not be excessive or charged for lodging the request).
