ACT Residential Tenancies Act 1997 s46F: s 46F Family violence termination by a co-tenant: lessor notices

When a co-tenant gives a family violence termination notice, the lessor must within 7 days after the vacating day give each remaining co-tenant a notice of continuing tenancy and, where a bond is held, tell the Territory the co-tenant's name and that the notice was received. The notice of continuing tenancy must not be given until after the vacating day and the bond notification, and the lessor must never give remaining co-tenants any supporting document.
