ACT Residential Tenancies Act 1997
Part 2 Division 2.2: Advertising and precontractual obligations – ACT Residential Tenancies Act 1997

ACT Residential Tenancies Act 1997 s11AB-11AC: ss 11AB and 11AC Advertise special conditions and a fixed rental amount

An advertisement for residential premises must state when the proposed agreement contains an ACAT-endorsed term that departs from the standard terms, when the lessor's consent is needed to keep an animal (and that a condition applies if ACAT has approved one), and must state the rent payable as a single amount, or a single amount for each optional inclusion such as a car space or furniture. A rent range or a minimum or maximum figure is not a rental rate for this purpose.
