ACT Residential Tenancies Act 1997 s11A-11AA: ss 11A and 11AA Advertisements carry the required information, accurately

Anyone who publishes an advertisement to lease premises must include the required information: the energy efficiency rating of the habitable part of the premises or a statement that there is none, a statement that the premises are an adaptable housing dwelling where they are, whether the premises meet each minimum housing standard that applies or that they are exempt, and anything else prescribed. Publishing required information that is false or misleading in a material particular is a separate strict liability offence.
