Test analysts demonstrate competence in software and systems testing under ISO/IEC/IEEE 29119, the ISO/IEC 25000 quality model, biometric testing under ISO/IEC 19795 and 30107 where applicable, and the statistics of sample size, classification accuracy and error rates; they are independent of the item under analysis and may belong to the conformity assessment body or be outsourced in line with ISO/IEC 17065. The practice statement forms the basis of the test plan, and the body ensures each plan states the scope and objectives of testing, identifies the components, functions or characteristics tested, maps each declared claim to a test or analysis, and sets acceptance criteria per test linked to the indicators of effectiveness; plans are reviewed and approved at Stage One.
The graph holds this control, the 0 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
