Uzbekistan Law on Personal Data (No. ZRU-547) ZRU547-25: Do not process special data unless a listed exception applies, usually written consent

Data on racial or social origin, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, party or trade union membership, physical or mental health, private life and criminal records is special data and may not be processed except under listed exceptions, including written (or electronic) consent, publication by the subject, protection of rights, courts and law enforcement, statistics with depersonalisation, medical care by health professionals bound to confidentiality, employment rights and duties, members of non-profit, religious, political or union bodies, public candidates, care arrangements for orphaned children, state security and criminal record checks within powers.
