On the subject's request, the owner or operator must change or complete personal data within three days; inaccurate data must be corrected as soon as the inaccuracy is found; data that cannot be corrected on documentary proof must be destroyed. Subjects may demand suspension of processing of incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or unnecessary data, the operator must suspend or destroy data on learning of a breach of processing conditions, and must let subjects submit suspension or destruction requests electronically.
