A provider of remote computing service to the public may not knowingly divulge the contents of a communication carried or maintained on that service on behalf of, and received electronically from (or created by processing communications received from), a subscriber or customer, solely to provide storage or processing services where the provider is not authorized to access the contents for any other service; the subsection (b) exceptions apply, with consent from the subscriber in the case of remote computing service.
