Within 30 days, the Treasury Secretary sets up an AI cybersecurity clearinghouse, consulting the National Cyber Director, the NSA Director (for the Secretary of War) and the CISA Director (for the Homeland Security Secretary). Participation by AI companies and critical infrastructure operators is voluntary. The clearinghouse has three jobs: coordinating and deconflicting software vulnerability scanning, finding and validating vulnerabilities, and ordering and coordinating the remediation and distribution of patches.
