US Executive Order 14028 - Improving the Nation's Cybersecurity 2(k): Sec. 2(k) Remove duplicative agency-specific cybersecurity requirements

After the FAR Council updates the FAR following the public comment period under 2(j), agencies update their agency-specific cybersecurity requirements to remove any that duplicate the FAR updates.
