Records required to be made or kept for CBP, including those supporting entries, entry summaries and other ACE transmissions, must generally be kept for five years from the date of entry or of the activity that required them; drawback records until the third anniversary of payment, packing lists 60 days after the release period, certain informal entry and manifest-exempt carrier records for two years, and ISF agents' revoked powers of attorney for five years after revocation. Records must be produced to CBP on demand.
