A marketplace facilitator registers when its combined gross receipts sourced or attributed to Washington, including sales it facilitates for marketplace sellers, exceed $100,000, collects on facilitated sales, and from 1 July 2019 must give each marketplace seller access to its gross Washington sales made through the marketplace for the previous month by the 15th of each month.
