A marketplace facilitator registers (Form 2643, marking marketplace facilitator, or MyTax Missouri) and collects vendor's use tax once its taxable Missouri gross receipts exceed $100,000. A seller selling only through a facilitator need not register; one that also sells directly and whose total including marketplace sales exceeds $100,000 registers and collects on its direct sales.
