Inward and outward processing, temporary admission, end-use and customs warehouse operation require authorisation granted to persons established in the Union who give assurance of proper conduct and a guarantee where required; holders keep records approved by customs identifying goods, their status and movements (AEOC records deemed appropriate), and discharge the procedure by placing goods under a subsequent procedure, exporting, destroying without waste or abandoning them within the time limit.
