AEOC holders may be authorised to lodge declarations centrally where established for goods presented elsewhere, to declare by entry in their own electronic records with the particulars available to customs (with waiver of presentation where conditions are met), and to self-assess duty and perform certain formalities and controls; holders meet the conditions and obligations of those authorisations.
