UNECE WP.29 R156 7.1.2.2: Configuration of type approved systems before and after an update

What does 7.1.2.2 require?

Documentation of the configuration of any relevant type approved systems before and after an update, including unique identification of the system's hardware and software (with versions) and any relevant vehicle or system parameters; the Interpretation Document expects configuration management to record the parameters and hardware and software versions before and after (ISO 24089 6.3.2.1 with work product 6.4.2, 9.3.3.1 with 9.4.3).
