UK Open Banking Standard O10.5: Deliver the Roadmap and do not obstruct the Entity

What does O10.5 require?

The CMA9 comply with the Agreed Timetable and Project Plan (the Roadmap, last revised May 2020, as changed only with CMA approval), take no action that would limit the Implementation Entity's duties, and use best endeavours to make it meet the Roadmap; the CMA found the Roadmap substantially complete on 12 January 2023 for six banks and has continued to pursue the remaining banks, and the obligations continue after completion.
