What does 7.3-CHAR require?

Nuclear operations depend on functional, secure and resilient systems able to protect against, detect, respond to and recover from cyber threats (SyAPs paragraph 190). Dutyholders fully characterise technology used on nuclear premises with nuclear or other radioactive material, covering computer-based systems important to safety (CBSIS), computer-based security systems (CBSy), nuclear material accountancy and control (NMAC) systems, basic process control and instrumentation (BPC&I), and any other relevant digital systems (paragraph 191).
