Cyber controls must be effective and resilient while enabling nuclear operations: information stored, processed or transmitted digitally is secured by a CPS meeting the required outcome and posture, and risks from portable media devices, especially those with wireless or internet capability, are identified and managed (SyAPs paragraph 187). Dutyholders also implement arrangements so that proliferation risks from uranium enrichment technologies and equipment are effectively managed (paragraph 188).
