UK Land Registration Act 2002 123-124: Offences: suppression of information and improper alteration of the registers

What does 123-124 require?

A person commits an offence if, in the course of proceedings relating to registration, he suppresses information with the intention of concealing a person's right or claim or substantiating a false claim (section 123), or if he dishonestly induces another to change the register or cautions register or to authorise such a change, or intentionally or recklessly makes an unauthorised change (section 124); both carry up to two years' imprisonment on indictment. Section 125 limits the privilege against self-incrimination in proceedings before the registrar.
