UK Bribery Act 2010 P4.2: Anti-bribery terms in supply chains and joint ventures

What does P4.2 require?

In supply chains and joint ventures the organisation applies risk-based due diligence and anti-bribery terms and conditions with its contractual counterparty and asks it to do the same with the next party in the chain; control over contractual joint ventures and agents engaged for a participant is considered in deciding who is associated (MoJ guidance paras 38 to 42).
