UK Bribery Act 2010 P1.3: Employment, enforcement and discipline

What does P1.3 require?

Direct and indirect employment arrangements (recruitment, terms and conditions, remuneration and discipline) support bribery prevention, with risk-proportionate vetting for higher-risk posts, and breaches of the anti-bribery rules are enforced through disciplinary processes and sanctions (MoJ Principle 1 para 1.7; Principle 4 para 4.6).
