What does art77 require?

The INPDP may hear any person, order on-site findings in processing premises (not homes) and use sworn technical agents and experts; professional secrecy cannot be opposed to it. Obstructing its investigations or refusing documents, or knowingly giving false information to it or to a data subject, is fined 5,000 dinars.
