Baseline: impede unauthorized persons from entering the facility and restricted areas; close and secure perimeter gates and entrances when not in use; post No Trespassing or Authorized Personnel Only signs visible from any potential entry point. Enhanced: control access to the facility and restricted buildings or areas with procedures such as manual or electronic sign in and out, and monitor and escort visitors at critical facilities.
