TSA Pipeline Cybersecurity Directives SD02-VI.B: SD02 VI.B to D Amend the CIP for permanent changes within 50 days

What does SD02-VI.B require?

An owner/operator must request an amendment if, after approval, it makes or intends to make permanent changes to the approved policies, procedures or measures, including where audits and assessments under III.G show a measure is ineffective or where it has new or additional capabilities not previously approved. A permanent change is one intended to last 45 or more calendar days, and the request is filed no later than 50 calendar days after the change takes effect unless TSA allows longer.
