If a model is covered by a suspension under Part 4-6 of the Act, its database information must not be removed during the suspension unless the Secretary is satisfied that removal is appropriate in all the circumstances. If the model is cancelled, the information must not be removed unless the Secretary is satisfied that removal is appropriate.
