What does 16.02(g) require?

A person who knows that a prosecutor or an investigating or law enforcement officer holds, or has applied for, authority to intercept communications and who obstructs, hinders or prevents the interception, or tips off or tries to tip off anyone about it, commits a state jail felony. Carrier and provider staff handling lawful-intercept orders are the main audience.
