An entity given a notice to comply takes the action it specifies by the stated date (normally at least 14 days after the notice) (s 21); failure is an offence (maximum 360 penalty units for an entity, 120 for a worker) (s 45). The entity may seek internal review and then review by the Magistrates Court (Administrative Appeals Division) (ss 52, 53).
