Tasmania Child and Youth Safe Organisations Act 2023 s18-20-45: Provide documents and information the Regulator requests or requires

An entity and its workers respond to the Regulator's written requests for documents or information needed to determine compliance with the standards or universal principle (s 18), cooperate with inspections of premises, which may occur without notice or consent (s 19), and comply with a written notice to produce by the stated date (normally at least 14 days) (s 20); failure to comply with a notice to produce is an offence (maximum 120 penalty units for a worker, 360 for an entity) (s 45).
