Taiwan PDPA A15: Article 15: Collection and processing by government agencies

What does A15 require?

Outside Article 6 data, a government agency must have a specific purpose and collect or process only within its statutory duties (as defined in statutes, authorised orders, self-governance ordinances and delegated rules, ER 10), with consent, or where there is no harm to the person's rights.
