Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 (New South Wales) s83-86: ss 83 to 86 Levying and recovering contributions

The owners corporation must levy the determined contributions on each liable owner (s 83), and can recover unpaid contributions and interest, with interest and discounts on contributions set in accordance with the regulations and payment plans available (s 85, s 86).
